About Alex Luy, P.T., M.B.A., D.P.T.
Alex has been in practice since 1988.
He started his career in Nashville, TN working for a closed head injury rehabilitation clinic, and expanded his experience to out patient settings by working at several different hospitals in the Nashville area. Along with outpatient care, Alex also worked in a long term care clinic as a regional manager.
He joined Baptist Memorial Hospital and worked there for nine years in an outpatient and home care setting. Alex went back to school at Union University and earned his Masters in Business Administration. After receiving his MBA, he decided to open a private practice outpatient clinic.
Even though Alex had gained experience from various clinics, he wanted to find better solutions to alleviate his patients’ pain. He chose to continue his education in orthopedic manual therapy, and completed his Doctorate in Physical Therapy at the University of St. Augustine in St. Augustine, FL. At the university he studied the disciplines of renowned physical therapists such as Maitland, Paris, and Mulligan.
Alex's motto is "to provide the best care and the best outcome of any physical therapy clinic in Jackson."
